Ophira Eisenberg and J. Keith van Straaten bring their new story-reading format on the New York storytelling scene
with their innovative StorySwap series. A select group of writers read all-true autobiographical stories directly from the
page. The twist? They read each others’ stories… and, they don’t know which story they’ll read until they walk on stage!
Why? Find out!

Featuring:
Theresa Benaquist, Jim Colucci, Frank DeCaro, Eric Pliner, J. Keith van Straaten, Ophira Eisenberg

Prepare to laugh yourself silly as the Santa Monica Public Library welcomes comedic actor
Leslie
Jordan
for an evening of conversation with entertainment journalist Jim Colucci (Will & Grace:
Fabulously Uncensored
and The Q Guide to The Golden Girls).

Leslie will share hilarious, and sometimes bawdy, stories from his career in entertainment, including
his Emmy-winning role as Beverley Leslie on TV's
Will & Grace, and numerous stage and screen cult
hits with writer Del Shores (
Sordid Lives, Southern Baptist Sissies).  He'll also share dishy backstage
stories from his uproariously funny new autobiography,
My Trip Down the Pink Carpet.

Book signing to follow.  Books will be available for purchase.

Free program -- Seating is first come, first served
Tickets available one hour prior to event
One ticket per guest -- No reservations
